Morocco Tour , September 29

ISTANBUL – CASABLANCA – MARRAKECH – MAJORELLE GARDEN – MARRAKECH We meet at Sabiha Gökçen Airport's international departures terminal three hours before the flight (one calendar day before the departure flight date). After baggage, ticket and boarding procedures, our flight to Casablanca begins with Air Arabia airline's scheduled service. Upon arrival at Casablanca Airport, we depart for Marrakech with our vehicle waiting at the airport. After the tour, our journey towards Marrakech begins. Upon arrival, we set off for our optional Red City Marrakech's Hidden Treasures Tour (60 Euro per person), which will be organized as an extra for our guests who wish to join. We visit the Koutoubia minaret and Jmaa el Fna, Africa's largest square, which brings together all the colors of Africa with street performances, snake charmers, and open-air restaurants. Afterwards, we visit the Bahia Palace, decorated with the country's distinctive zellige tilework. After the tour, transfer to our hotel in Marrakech and free time. Dinner and overnight accommodation at our hotel.

MARRAKESH – ESSAOUIRA – MARRAKESH After breakfast at the hotel, we set off for our optional Essaouira and Atlantic Ocean tour (75 Euro) for guests who wish to join. In this region of Morocco, where Argan trees grow most densely, our first stop is the Argan Oil Cooperative, where we learn about Argan oil. We then continue to the city of Essaouira, situated on the Atlantic coast. It is a famous old Portuguese city that reminds us of old Bodrum. Declared a UNESCO World Heritage Site, the city is a fishing port on the Atlantic coast and a coastal town where art and culture come together. It has also served as a filming location for many productions, including Orson Welles' Othello and the popular recent TV series Game of Thrones. Places to see include the city's fortress, the fishing port, and the Medina, which was built in the style of old Roman towns. You can explore the city through its narrow, maze-like streets – you will never get tired of wandering – and enjoy pleasant shopping. After the tour, transfer to your hotel in Marrakesh and free time to relax.

Marrakesh – Atlas Mountains – Ourika Valley – Casablanca We start the day with breakfast at the hotel. Afterwards, those of our guests who wish to join us set off for the Majorelle Garden & Atlas Mountains and a Berber House (60 Euro per person), one of Marrakeh's most beautiful spots. We begin our visit of the Majorelle Garden, founded by the French furniture designer and painter Jacques Majorelle and brought to its present form by the famous fashion designer Yves Saint Laurent. Our day continues with a tour of the Atlas Mountains, which surround Marrakeh and, along with many Berber villages, also host the famous Ourika Valley. We take plenty of photos in the Ourika Valley and, along the way, are welcomed as guests into one of the many traditional Berber houses, where we refresh ourselves with mint tea. We also visit a workshop where we see hand-woven carpets and rugs bearing the traces of Berber culture. Afterwards, transfer to Casablanca.

CASABLANCA - RABAT - FES After breakfast at the hotel, we depart for the optional Capital Rabat Tour (35 Euro per person) for those who wish to join. Places we will see include the Hassan Tower, the Mohammed V Mausoleum, and the Royal Palace. For those who wish to join, we then begin our optional Old Capital Fes & Medina Tour (50 Euro). In Fes, after our walk through the monumental gate of the Royal Palace, Bab-el Makhzen, and the surrounding Jewish quarter, the Mellah, our Medina tour includes the Al-Attarine Madrasa, the Al-Qarawiyyin (Karaouine) University, the Nejarine Square, the souk selling Morocco's unique jewelry and copperware, the workshops where the world's finest ceramics are crafted, and the tanneries established near the Fes River, where leather is still processed using traditional methods today. After the tour, transfer to our hotel and free time. Dinner and overnight at our hotel.

FES – CHEFCHAOUEN – FES After breakfast at the hotel, we set off for the Blue City Chefchaouen Tour, organized as an optional extra for our guests who wish to join (100 Euro per person). Following breakfast at the hotel, we depart for the Chefchaouen Tour. After our walk through the maze-like, deep blue streets of Chefchaouen – the Blue City, whose fame has long crossed the borders of Morocco – our guests who wish to do so will have free time for shopping and lunch. After our thoroughly enjoyable Chefchaouen visit, we transfer back to our hotel in Fes, where you will have free time to rest. Dinner and overnight stay at our hotel.

FES – CASABLANCA – ISTANBUL After having breakfast at the hotel and checking out of the rooms, we transfer to Casablanca Airport at the time to be indicated by our guide. After completing the baggage, ticket, and boarding procedures, we fly to Istanbul with Air Arabia Airlines on a scheduled service. Upon our arrival at Sabiha Gökçen Airport, our tour and services come to an end. We hope to see you on our next tour.
