We stayed at the Four Seasons Hotel Baku, and the entire experience was absolutely exceptional. From the moment we arrived until the moment we left, the service was outstanding. The staff were kind, professional, attentive, and always available to assist with any request — always with a smile and a genuine desire to help. The hotel itself is beautiful, elegant, and exceptionally well maintained. The rooms are luxurious and comfortable, the public areas are spotless, and you can truly feel that attention is given to every little detail. The food was also excellent — fresh, high-quality, varied, and beautifully prepared. This was truly one of the best hotel experiences we’ve ever had. Everything exceeded our expectations, and we will definitely return on our next visit to Baku. Highly recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I stayed at the Four Seasons Hotel Baku and had an outstanding experience from start to finish. The hotel combines luxury, comfort, and exceptional service in one of the best locations in the city, with beautiful views and easy access to Baku’s main attractions. What made the stay particularly memorable was the staff. Kamran was exceptionally friendly, professional, and always willing to help, making me feel genuinely welcome throughout my stay. The team in the breakfast restaurant also deserves special recognition for their attentiveness, warm hospitality, and consistently excellent service every morning. I would also like to thank the housekeeping staff, whose attention to detail and high standards ensured that my room was always spotless and comfortable. The hotel itself is elegant and impeccably maintained, with excellent facilities and a calm, refined atmosphere. Every aspect of the stay reflected the high standards one would expect from a Four Seasons property. Overall, a flawless five-star experience and without doubt one of the best hotels I have stayed at in the region.

Four Seasons Hotel Baku is truly an exceptional hotel. From the moment you arrive, the service is warm, professional, and attentive. The rooms are beautiful, with gorgeous balconies where you can enjoy your morning coffee while taking in the views of Baku. The swimming pool is definitely one of the highlights - one of the most beautiful hotel pools I have ever seen, with such an elegant and relaxing atmosphere. A special thank you to Nijat, whose service and hospitality were truly next level. His attention to detail and genuine care made the experience even more memorable. And of course, breakfast at Zafferano was amazing - a great way to start the day. Overall, a beautiful property with outstanding service and a wonderful luxury experience. Definitely a place I would be happy to return to.
