As a traveler from Pakistan, I was extremely disappointed with my stay at Swan Hotel Baku. Honestly, this was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. The room was dirty, smelled awful, and nothing looked like the pictures online. The staff were unprofessional and rude, and it felt like they didn't care at all about guests. The bathroom was disgusting – leaking pipes, no hot water, and dirty towels. The Wi-Fi barely worked, and the bed was extremely uncomfortable. I also felt very unsafe during my stay, especially at night. Please, if you're reading this, do NOT stay here. Spend your money somewhere else. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone, not even for one night. Very disappointing and absolutely not worth it.
