I recently stayed at your hotel and wanted to share my feedback. The reception staff were very flexible and accommodating, which was great. However, I felt that the housekeeping staff could improve their service. We had to call daily to request basic amenities, which wasn't ideal. Perhaps additional training or attention to detail could enhance their performance. On the plus side, the hotel's location was excellent, the breakfast buffet was fantastic, and overall, we felt it was good value for money. The rooms do need some renovation, but with a bit of TLC, this hotel could shine.

One of the worse service we had experienced in this hotel.Staffs are not friendly and not good hospitality. 1st day of arrival in hotel (17th of August 2025)directly from the Airport with family fully tired mentally and physically,including two kids 8years and 3 years they make a noise in reception and played with the things around 11:30am then the guy from the reception desk was yelled at me like a threatening me hotel management will not allow to check in but our package has been paid with non refundable.I was really frustrated at that time and imagine 1st day in Baku hotel staff behavior it's really unprofessional.I just try to stay calm because I don't want any more stress.And also they advice me to beat or threatened to kids to control. Same day we requested to change our room because of bad smell and dark,Night shift staff confirmed to my wife that they can change room next day once since we already did check in to present room,but the next day when we remind them the same staff who was rude to us he said tomorrow now it's not available.so like this we spend 3days in hotel but we didn't get another room.

I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the service was unprofessional and unhelpful. The staff showed little interest in assisting guests, and basic requests were either ignored or handled with a negative attitude. And if you have a problem with anyone they will stand against you the service is terrible they shown that they have gym the don’t. The air conditioning is hot . At the end they hate the guests I don’t know why Have a pleasant holiday whoever read this and don’t live in Teatro Boutique.
