We stayed at the hotel from 27th July to 29th July, and our experience was outstanding from beginning to end. The check-in process was quick and seamless, and we sincerely appreciated the courtesy of being granted both an early check-in and a late check-out. Our heartfelt thanks to Sabina at the reception for her warm hospitality, professionalism, and exceptional service. The food was excellent, and the spa facilities were relaxing, clean, and well maintained. Our room was spotless throughout our stay, and the housekeeping team deserves special recognition for maintaining impeccable cleanliness and ensuring the room remained fresh and comfortable every day. Overall, it was a truly memorable stay. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area and would be delighted to stay here again in the future.

Here, the guest truly is the center of everything. The staff anticipates your needs before you even ask. Every time we looked for something or seemed to need assistance, someone immediately approached us with a genuine smile and a willingness to help. The level of care and attention to detail is truly remarkable. The rooms are beautiful, luxurious, spotless, and maintained to the highest standards. Every detail reflects excellence and true hospitality. The breakfast is one of the best I have ever experienced. The pastries taste as if they have just arrived from a Michelin-starred bakery in France. There is an incredible variety of fresh, high-quality food, including dedicated vegan and gluten-free stations. Fresh juices are prepared on the spot, and I especially loved the fresh orange, ginger, and honey juice. Another huge advantage is the hotel’s location. It is perfectly situated in the heart of Baku, within easy walking distance or a short drive from most of the city’s major attractions, shopping areas, and the beautiful seaside boulevard. It made exploring the city incredibly convenient. Everything about this hotel exceeded our expectations. If you’re looking for world-class hospitality, outstanding service, and an unforgettable experience, this is the place to stay in Baku.
