1. Registration and user account

1.1 User registration: to access the services provided by the Website, the User must register by providing accurate and up-to-date personal information as requested. The User is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account information, including their password, and for all activities that occur under their account.

1.2 Account use: the User agrees to use the Website and its services for lawful purposes only, and agrees not to engage in any activities that may disrupt or interfere with the operation of the Website.

1.3 Minor restriction: customers who are minors (under the age of 18) shall not register as Users of the Website and shall not transact on or use the Website.

2. Prohibited uses

2.1 Unauthorised use: the User agrees not to use the Website for any fraudulent, illegal or unauthorised purposes. This includes but is not limited to:

• Engaging in cyber-attacks, hacking attempts, or any activity designed to harm or disrupt the Website’s security.
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to other User accounts or private areas of the Website.
• Using the Website to distribute malware, viruses or any form of malicious software.

2.2 Consequences of misuse

The Company reserves the right to suspend or permanently ban any User account found to be engaging in prohibited activities. In cases of severe misuse or malicious intent, the Company may report the matter to relevant authorities or law enforcement.

3. Payment terms

3.1 Accepted cards: Visa or MasterCard debit and credit cards in AED will be accepted for payment.

3.2 Pricing and currency: the displayed price and currency at the checkout page will be the same price and currency printed on the transaction receipt. The amount charged to the card will be shown in your card currency.

3.3 Restricted countries: we will not trade with or provide any services to OFAC and sanctioned countries.

4. Data protection and privacy

4.1 Data collection: the User acknowledges and agrees that the Website collects personal data during registration and for the purposes of providing services. This data will not be shared with third parties except as required by law.

4.2 Data security: the Company commits to taking all necessary measures to protect the User’s personal information and prevent unauthorised access. Personal data provided by the User will be stored securely and used only to improve the User experience on the Website.

4.3 Data retention: all personal data submitted to MBD Travel will remain confidential and will be retained only for as long as necessary to fulfil the services provided. Once the data is no longer needed it will be securely deleted.

5. Intellectual property

5.1 Ownership: all content available on the Website, including text, images, logos and trademarks, is the intellectual property of MBD Travel and MBD TOURISM L.L.C. The User agrees not to reproduce, modify or use any content from the Website without prior written consent.

5.2 User content: any content the User uploads or submits to the Website, including reviews or comments, remains the property of the User, but the User grants the Company a worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce and display such content in connection with the Website’s services.

6. Suspension and termination

6.1 Suspension of services: the Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate a User’s account at its sole discretion for reasons including, but not limited to, violation of these terms, illegal activity or misuse of the Website’s services.

6.2 Termination: either party may terminate this agreement at any time by notifying the other party. Upon termination, the User’s access to the Website will cease immediately.

7. Governing law and dispute resolution

7.1 Country of domicile: the United Arab Emirates is our country of domicile and the governing law is the local law.

7.2 Governing law: this agreement will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates.

7.3 Dispute resolution: any purchase, dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with this website shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the UAE, and will be resolved in the courts of Dubai.

8. Acceptance of terms

8.1 Agreement to terms: by registering on the Website, the User acknowledges that they have read, understood and agreed to the terms of this agreement.

8.2 Amendments: the Company reserves the right to modify or update these terms at any time. The User will be notified of significant changes via the Website or email. Continued use of the Website after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

9. Records and responsibility

9.1 Transaction records: cardholders must retain a copy of transaction records and the Website’s policies and rules.

9.2 Account security: the User is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account.
