We provide tour arrangements, hotel bookings, car rental and visa consultancy across all major popular destinations worldwide, including Europe, Asia, the Middle East, the Americas and Africa.
How can I book a tour or a hotel on your website?
Select the destination or service category you want, enter your travel dates and traveller details, and complete your booking securely.
Which visa categories are covered by your visa assistance?
Our specialist visa team provides end-to-end assistance for all international visa applications, including Schengen visas, e-visas, tourist visas and business visas.
Can I cancel my booking or change my travel dates?
Cancellation and date changes depend on the terms of the product you booked; we do not offer a blanket free-cancellation right. Send us your order reference by phone or WhatsApp and we will confirm in writing what can be done under that product’s own conditions.
Which currencies and payment cards are accepted?
We accept major currencies including USD, EUR, TRY, AED and GBP, using Visa, MasterCard and international credit and debit cards. All transactions are protected by 256-bit SSL encryption.
Is MBD Travel an officially licensed travel agency?
Yes. MBD Travel is an officially authorised and licensed travel agency complying with international aviation and tourism industry standards.
Can I request private group tours or VIP airport transfers?
Yes. We arrange customised VIP tours, private flights, luxury yacht charters and chauffeur-driven luxury vehicle transfers for families, private groups and corporate clients.
How does the international visa application process work?
Depending on your destination country, our experts prepare your document checklist, schedule your official embassy or application centre appointment, and guide you step by step through the process.
How long does an e-visa take and what documents are required?
Electronic visa applications are typically processed within 24 to 72 hours depending on country regulations. Most applications require only a valid passport copy and a digital photograph.
When do I receive my booking confirmation?
Once payment is complete, your booking reference and itinerary are sent to the first traveller’s email address.
Who do I contact if something goes wrong during my trip?
Our support line is open around the clock. You can reach us by phone or WhatsApp and ask for help at any stage of your journey.
Which currency are prices shown in?
Prices are shown in the currency you choose at the top of the page. The amount and currency you see at checkout are the same as those printed on the transaction receipt.
Who is MBD Travel and who issues my visa?
MBD Tourism L.L.C. is accredited by the General Directorate of Residency and Foreigners Affairs in Dubai (GDRFA) and submits your visa application directly to the GDRFA. MBD Travel is not a government body. The GDRFA makes the visa decision.
