I stayed at this hotel for 5 nights with my family, and unfortunately, it was a very disappointing experience. The management was poor, and the reception staff, especially Roshan, were rude and unprofessional. Their attitude and way of speaking to guests were unacceptable. The hotel management should provide proper customer service training to the reception team. Room cleanliness was another major issue. Despite requesting room cleaning multiple times (2–4 times a day), housekeeping was either delayed or not carried out properly. The overall maintenance and service standards were far below expectations. Due to the poor customer service and lack of cleanliness, I would never stay at this hotel again and would not recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable family stay.

The rooms were clean and well maintained. The location is excellent, with markets nearby, which made it very convenient. However, our experience with check-in was disappointing. We arrived early at around 11 AM after spending the whole night at the airport, traveling with a small child and my spouse. We requested an early check-in as we really needed to freshen up, but the staff refused, even though rooms were available at that time. We had to wait in the lobby for more than an hour before a room was finally allotted. This lack of consideration was frustrating, especially given our situation. Apart from this experience, everything else was fine, but the hotel could definitely improve in terms of customer service and flexibility.

I stayed for 11 days at Arabian Courtyard Hotel recently. The room was comfortable, very clean, and well maintained. The food was excellent, and the location is convenient. However, the check-in experience was disappointing. Although the official check-in time was 2:00 PM and I arrived at 12:00 PM, I had to wait until 2:30 PM to receive my room. The check-in process was very slow, and the receptionist was not very helpful. The Wi-Fi was another downside, with speeds of only around 3–4 Mbps and frequent disconnections. I reported the issue, but very little was done to improve it. Overall, the hotel has great rooms, food, cleanliness, and location, but the slow check-in process and poor Wi-Fi need improvement.
