NOT RECOMMENDED FOR LIGHT SLEEPERS I stayed here for 4 days and, overall, the hotel offers great value for the price. It's an older property that has been refurbished, so while it's not modern, it has a classic charm and good amenities. Pros: • I was upgraded to a Superior Room, which was a nice surprise. • They allowed me to check in early. • The required deposit was THB 3,000, but since I hadn't withdrawn cash yet, they kindly accepted THB 1,500 first. • Airport transfer was easy to arrange through the hotel. • Convenient location with a 7-Eleven and many shops nearby. • The pool is nice and well-maintained. • The restaurant staff were friendly and provided great service. • The shower had excellent water pressure. • They surprised me with a complimentary birthday cake, which I truly appreciated. Cons: • The biggest issue was the electronic door lock system. If another guest doesn't close their door properly, it keeps beeping until it's fully shut. Unfortunately, this happened repeatedly throughout my stay. The housekeeping staff did their best to explain and assist, but since it depended on other guests, there wasn't much they could do. The beeping was loud enough to wake me up at night and in the morning. Sleep was one of the main reasons for my vacation, so this significantly affected my overall experience. • Soundproofing is limited, so you can also hear noise from the hallway. • Communication can be challenging, as only a few reception staff speak English well. • It's about a 10–15 minute walk to Patong Beach. The distance is manageable, but walking back while wet from the beach isn't ideal. • The bathroom drain occasionally had slow drainage. • Some requests made by phone took anywhere from 30 minutes to 2 hours before being attended to. One gentle suggestion regarding the birthday surprise: I genuinely appreciated the thoughtful gesture, but it happened while I was asleep. I missed several phone calls, and after four calls someone came knocking on my door. While I understand they wanted to deliver the cake, I hope in the future the staff could recognize when a guest may not want to be disturbed and perhaps leave a note or deliver it later. Overall, this hotel is very affordable for what it offers, and the staff were kind and accommodating. However, the constant door-lock beeping and hallway noise had a major impact on my stay. If uninterrupted sleep is important to you, this is something worth considering.

⭐ Location – Excellent The hotel is about a 5–10 minute walk from Patong Beach and is close to restaurants, convenience stores, massage shops, markets, and the nightlife around Bangla Road. Despite being near the action, many guests find it relatively quiet at night. 🏨 Rooms – Spacious and Comfortable Rooms are generally larger than average for hotels in Patong and include amenities such as air conditioning, a minibar, a safe, and comfortable beds. Some rooms have balconies or direct pool access, though guests note that certain areas of the hotel show their age. 🏊 Pool – One of the Highlights The large swimming pool is consistently praised by guests. It features a swim-up bar and plenty of space to relax, making it one of the hotel’s standout features. 🍳 Breakfast The breakfast buffet offers a good variety of Thai and international dishes, including an egg station, fruit, pastries, and hot meals. Most guests are satisfied with the selection, although those with specific dietary preferences may find fewer options. 😊 Service Staff are great in providing answers immediately especially Mavi and Manager J. You can depend on them anytime you have something to ask.

An Absolutely Beautiful Stay – Exceptional Service! We had a wonderful time during our stay in Phuket. The entire property is stunning, incredibly well-maintained, and perfectly captures the beauty of the island. Our room was spotlessly clean and very comfortable from day one. What really sets this place apart, though, is the hospitality. Every staff member we encountered was genuinely friendly and welcoming. A special shout-out to Sun and Kwan, who truly went above and beyond to make our stay seamless and extra comfortable. Their exceptional service and warm energy made a huge difference. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Phuket!
