01Istanbul - Tashkent
Meet in front of the Turkish Airlines counter in the international departures terminal of Istanbul Airport 3 hours before the flight. After baggage, ticket and passport procedures, depart for Tashkent at 07.15 on Turkish Airlines flight TK366. Following arrival in Tashkent at 13.55 local time, our city tour begins with our private vehicle and guide waiting for us at the airport. Tashkent is the capital and largest city of Uzbekistan and one of Central Asia's most important cultural, commercial and industrial centres. With a history dating back to the 2. century BC, Tashkent has hosted many civilisations through the ages and was one of the important points on the Silk Road. Blending the modern with the traditional, this city stands out for its historic buildings and dynamic urban life. During our city tour, Barak Khan Madrasa, Kaffal-i Shashi Mausoleum, Tilla Sheikh Mosque, the original copy of the Quran dating from the time of Hazrat Uthman and held at the Presidency of Religious Affairs, Kukeldash Madrasa, the famous Tashkent Metro and the renowned Tashkent Bazaar are among the sights we will see. After our tour, transfer to our hotel and free time.
02Tashkent - Samarkand
After breakfast at the hotel, we depart for Samarkand. Strategically located on the Silk Road, this historic city is Central Asia's cultural and commercial centre and one of Uzbekistan's oldest and most fascinating cities. The places we will visit include Imam Maturidi, Ubaydullah Ahrar, Afrosiyab Archaeological Museum, paper workshops producing paper using techniques dating from the 8. century, Guri Emir (Emir Timur), Registan Square, Ulugh Beg Madrasa, Ulugh Beg Observatory, Sherdor Madrasa, Tillakari Madrasa, Kukeldash Madrasa, Siyab Bazaar and Shah-i-Zinda Mausoleum. After our tour, transfer to our hotel and free time. After dinner, overnight at the hotel.
03Samarkand - Bukhara
After breakfast at the hotel, we depart for Bukhara. Bukhara is one of Uzbekistan's oldest and most historic cities and holds great importance as a cultural and religious centre of Central Asia. With a history spanning thousands of years, Bukhara has been an important centre of education and culture in the Islamic world. Listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site, Bukhara resembles an open-air museum with its historic buildings, madrasas, mosques and baths. During the city tour, the sights we will see include Lebi Havuz Mosque, the Jewish Quarter, Poyi Kalon Complex, the Kalan Minaret built by the Karakhanids, the First Turkish Islamic State, Mir Arab Madrasa, Ulugh Beg Madrasa and Chor Minor Madrasa. After our tour, transfer to our hotel and free time. After dinner, overnight at the hotel.
04Bukhara - Khiva
After breakfast at the hotel, depart for Khiva, the heart of Khwarazm. Following our arrival in Khiva, we check in at our hotel and have free time. At the time specified by our guide, we will have dinner amid Khiva's unique architectural beauty. After dinner, we set out on a storybook stroll through the streets of Khiva, once a unique stopping point on exhausting desert journeys. After the excursion, overnight at our hotel in Khiva.
05Khiva
After breakfast at the hotel, our Khiva city tour begins. During our city tour of this beautiful city, the sights include Ichan Kala, listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site, and the old Kunya-Ark Castle, Juma Mosque, Islam Khoja Madrasa and Minaret, Allah Kuli Khan Madrasa, Muhammad Amin Khan, Muhammad Rahim Khan Madrasa, Shirgazi Khan Madrasa, Pehlivan Dervaze Gate and Tashkale Caravanserai. After our tour, we provide free time for shopping in Khiva's storybook bazaars. Dinner and overnight at our hotel in Khiva.
06Khiva - Urgench - Istanbul
Following our early departure from the hotel, transfer to the airport at the time specified by our guide. After baggage, ticket and passport procedures, depart for Istanbul at 08.10 on Turkish Airlines flight TK263. Following our arrival at 10.30 local time, the end of our tour.
