Sales Representative

At MBD Travel we are looking for a sales representative to sell international tours, hotels and visa services. First contact with customers is made over WhatsApp and phone; quotes, follow-up and bookings run through the CRM.
What you will do:
- Handle tour, hotel and visa enquiries arriving over WhatsApp and phone
- Present tour and hotel options that fit the customer's needs and prepare the quote
- Explain the documents required for a visa application and follow the process through
- Log every conversation and quote in the CRM and follow up open enquiries on time
- Keep in touch with the customer after booking together with the operations team
What we are looking for:
- Fluent English; Arabic is an advantage
- Experience in tourism sales; previous international tour, hotel or visa sales
- Comfortable with high-volume customer contact over WhatsApp and phone
- Experience with a CRM or a similar sales tracking tool
- Citizen of the Republic of Türkiye, resident in Türkiye
- Male candidates must have completed military service
- Resident on the European side of Istanbul
