Vienna House Easy by Wyndham Dortmund

Very bad service. Tried to book a last minute room (same day, check-in right away) but was accidentally booked on the wrong date (7 days later). Reception asked me to cancel the booking for a refund and rebook for the same day. Did as requested. They now refuse to pay the refund for the incorrect booking whilst the cancellation was requested within 10 minutes after the booking. Even though I stayed at this hotel on the same day of the booking, they refuse to cancel/refund the incorrect booking.

This is very overrated place! I guess thy have used bots to generate their rating. On their booking account, there are nice pictures and good ranking, which made me to book this hotel, but it turned to be a big disappointment. The reality is completely different. This is not really a hotel. It's a room to sleep overnight. It doesn't have a proper staff, they are very rude and unexpected. Zero understanding of customer service! In the room you will not see even an empty glass to drink a water, not talking about other amenities. Not even a phone to contact a reception if you need any help. Walls are not sound proof, you can hear everything your neighbors are talking or listening 👀👂 As for the cleanness and pleasant environment, here it is. Just see what you need to walk through to reach your room. I have requested the cancellation without charging me 90% but they refused. I requested to change the room to a better room, again got refused. What else can I say... 👎 I do not recommend this place!
