I recently had the pleasure of staying at Mustika hotel, and it was truly an exceptional experience from start to finish. The food was absolutely delicious, with a wide variety of options that catered to every taste—each meal was a delight. What stood out the most was the outstanding hospitality. The staff were incredibly warm, courteous, and always ready to help, making me feel genuinely welcomed throughout my stay. Their attention to detail and commitment to guest satisfaction really made a difference. Especially pak Bagus (Restaurant Manager) who took great care of us in the restaurant. The facilities were top-notch—well-maintained, and thoughtfully designed to ensure comfort and convenience. Whether it was the rooms, amenities, or common areas, everything exceeded my expectations. Few upgrades required in terms of bathroom fittings. Overall, it was a fantastic stay, well worth it in every aspect. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, quality service, and a memorable experience.

Hi, I’m writing this review as a sincere thank you to Mustika Resort for the wonderful service, warm hospitality, and such a pleasant stay, especially during our dinner experience. We stayed here for 2 nights and it was truly memorable from the beginning. We were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary upgrade to a Lagoon Access room, which made our stay even more special. The most memorable part was my mother’s birthday celebration at the restaurant. Special thanks to Mr. Anggoro for his excellent service during dinner, and also to Mr. Bagus who kindly helped with the reservation arrangements beforehand. Everything was handled very well and professionally, and they made the celebration feel warm and meaningful for our family. Overall, all the staff were very attentive and welcoming, this was greatly by Mr. Anggoro’s outstanding hospitality and genuine Indonesian warmth, which truly left a positive impression on us. Thank you once again for the memorable experience. We had a lovely stay and would be happy to return in the future.
