Quality Inn & Suites Oklahoma City North

We booked through the Choice Hotels website, call the hotel before booking! We were charged a $50 "refundable" deposit for incidentals. There are no incidentals at this hotel! There is no possible way to leave the room worse than it was at check-in. The TV remote worked when it wanted to, there were no cable channels to watch (we were given 100 points on our rewards account for this inconvenience), we had to unplug the TV to shut it off. The windows were old and didn't seal properly, so we listened to the wind howl through all night. The rooms are old, aside from possibly some updated paint. The toilet is consistently running, not a lot but still running. The outlets are loose so phone chargers wouldn't stay plugged in. The bed was uncomfortable and the breakfast was lacking. DO NOT RELY on the property description on the Choice Hotels website it is incredibly inaccurate! For the cost of the room and the added deposit, we were grossly overcharged and underwhelmed.
