Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Oklahoma City - Quail Springs, OK

I recently stayed at this hotel, and it provided exactly what I needed for a comfortable and convenient stop. The room was well-kept and clean, making it easy to settle in and get some rest after a long day of travel. The complimentary breakfast is a great perk that saves both time and money in the morning. Having access to the indoor pool and exercise room was a nice bonus for keeping up with my routine.

Customer service was great, I think his name was Shashi. (My apologies for the spelling!) They called me on our check-in date for an arrival time so we would have our ADA requests ready. The breakfast was convenient that included fresh fruit, yogurts, cereals, grits, some hot meat/egg choices, and the most enjoyable waffle making station. Thank you to your attentive staff for replenishing food options! Our room type was a king suite bedroom. The bed was comfy and fresh, however, the pull out couch needed some updates. Make sure to request sheets/blankets ahead of time if you plan to use the pull out bed option. The microwave and refrigerator were an excellent bonus to our roadtrip.

Rooms were made to appear clean but once you stop for a minute and look they're filthy. Crumbs and dead bugs in couch cushions and desk chair, pet food on floor in multiple areas, carpets were nasty in rooms and hallways, used soap left in shower, door handles and switches filthy, crumbs chilling below a plug at the wet bar. Heard people thru the walls all night from both rooms on either side of me like they were in the same room, dogs barked every time someone got off the elevator or came up the stairs and no one was there to hush them so it wasn't ever brief. Bar far my worst hotel experience in many many years. Notified them of the issues and was told someone would contact me regarding them but no one ever did. But you get what you pay for and this place was Hella cheap.
