Pullman Luang Prabang

We had a wonderful stay at Pullman for 3 nights and truly enjoyed every moment of our time at the hotel. The property is beautiful, very well maintained, and the staff were always friendly, professional, and welcoming. A special thank you to Khamchan at Reception, who made our stay even more memorable. Upon arrival, he kindly upgraded our room, which was a lovely surprise and greatly appreciated. His warm hospitality, professionalism, and dedicated attention made us feel valued from the very beginning. The room was spacious, comfortable, and impeccably clean. We especially loved the two outdoor swimming pools, which created a serene and relaxing atmosphere. It was the perfect place to unwind and enjoy the beautiful surroundings. The facilities, breakfast, and overall service exceeded our expectations. We truly enjoyed our stay to the fullest and left with wonderful memories. Thank you to Khamchan and the entire Pullman team for such a fantastic experience. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Luang Prabang.

Overall, we were satisfied with this Accor group hotel. The rooms are clean, spacious, and well-appointed, and the bathroom is of high quality. The breakfast is good, with a very high-quality selection of different coffees. It is a pity that there is no à la carte service, which is missing for a hotel of this tier. The swimming pool leaves a mixed impression; its overall maintenance deserves improvement. The shuttle service is a very good idea since the hotel is located far from the city center. Overall, the restaurant staff is very friendly, especially Preb. Special mention to David Homsin, who completely understands customer service—he is reachable and available at all times and extremely kind. Overall, I recommend it.

An excellent hotel just outside the center of Luang Prabang. The property is beautiful, elegant, and thoughtfully designed. It is spacious, with a stunning rice field at its heart that creates a peaceful atmosphere. The service is also excellent, with attentive and caring staff who made us feel very welcome throughout our stay. Unfortunately, the main swimming pool was unavailable during our visit, but that was not a major issue as we were still able to enjoy the smaller pool, which was very pleasant. The only downside was the food at the hotel’s restaurant, L’Atelier. We had breakfast there every morning and dinner one evening, and unfortunately everyone in our group became sick afterward. The food was disappointing, and the prices were far too high considering the quality of the meals. Aside from this issue, everything else was perfect. Many thanks to the entire Pullman Hotel team for their professionalism, efficiency, and kindness
