AVANI+ Luang Prabang

My stay was absolutely amazing! This hotel is perfectly situated in the heart of Luang Prabang, making it easy to walk to the city's charming cafés, restaurants, night market, and popular attractions. The location truly couldn't have been better. I was fortunate to have a room overlooking the pool, and the view from my balcony was beautiful. A special thank you to Sunny and the manager for thoughtfully selecting such a fantastic room for my stay. It made my experience even more enjoyable. The room was extremely clean and absolutely charming! The entire team was incredibly warm, attentive, and eager to help. They arranged my excursions and airport transfer to their Vientiane location, making the planning process effortless and allowing me to relax and enjoy my trip. They even accommodated a late check-out so I could enjoy Kuang Si Falls. The restaurant staff also provided exceptional service, and every meal was a pleasant experience. From the outstanding hospitality to the peaceful atmosphere, this hotel made my time in Luang Prabang unforgettable. I would gladly stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone seeking an aesthetic, relaxing stay in an ideal location. I definitely look forward to an extended stay!

I had a wonderful stay here! The location is excellent, right in the heart of Luang Prabang. You can easily explore the town by using the hotel’s complimentary bicycles or simply request a golf cart ride to nearby attractions. The breakfast was delicious with a great variety of choices. My room was spotless, well-equipped and very peaceful, making it the perfect place to relax. The service deserves special recognition. The staff were exceptionally warm, friendly and attentive. Everyone was polite, welcoming and always happy to provide helpful recommendations especially Khun Ling and Khun Sunny🩷 If you’re planning a trip to Luang Prabang, I highly recommend staying here. It truly made my visit unforgettable!

Highly recommended hotel for your stay in Luang Prabang - great location, excellent service and very nice and comfortable guest room. A big shoutout to the excellent staff - Asri, Khan, Nana, Tingling, Sunny, the main driver and another reception staff (forgot her name .. very slim and wears braces). They are extremely helpful and are always greeting me and my friend with very sincere and welcoming smiles. During my 3 nights stay there, I had approached them for assistance on several matters and they went all out to help settle those matters - this included finding a very good shoe glue for my shoes :) A lovely team! The hotel is located in the old town district so it's very walkable to all the key places in this district. Night market is just across the road. My stay came with a river boat ride and a full body massage. The massage session was really exquisite - you will feel yourself being pampered by the decor and also the relaxing massage. Two areas for improvement - the airconditioning for the gym was not cold enough and I found the pillows flatten quite easily. For the pillow issue, the staff found a foam pillow for me to try.
