Protur Turó Pins Hotel

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly friendly and made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. As vegans, I noticed that the menu had only a limited number of vegan options. However, Chef Antonio went above and beyond to accommodate us. He even made a special shopping trip the next day to buy tofu and soy yogurt so I could enjoy a better selection of vegan meals and breakfast options. That level of care and dedication is rare and truly made our stay memorable. A big thank you to Antonio and the whole team for their outstanding hospitality. I highly recommend this hotel and would happily stay here again!

We have been coming to Turo Pins for years and have always felt very comfortable here. The hotel has a special atmosphere for us, which is why we would be very happy to return again in the future. However, there is one issue that now noticeably affects our stay: breakfast and, in particular, dinner have become increasingly far from relaxing. Many guests seem to give their children almost complete freedom, with little regard for boundaries or consideration for others. As a result, the atmosphere in the restaurant can sometimes feel almost anarchic. We genuinely feel sorry for the consistently friendly and hardworking staff, as we believe the responsibility lies primarily with the parents and other guests. Basic rules, mutual consideration and courtesy should be a matter of course. The staff are expressly not to blame. After all, a shared dining experience should be enjoyable for everyone. The true highlight of the hotel, however, remains the bar. The team around Antonio, especially Biel and Miguel, creates an exceptionally warm, personal and relaxed atmosphere every evening. Their hospitality, attentiveness and good humour are an essential part of our holiday and give the hotel that special something. This is exactly why we are always happy to return and are already looking forward to our next stay. Five Stars for the bar and the Crew!!!

Our family has just returned from an amazing 7-night stay at Turo Pins, and we honestly couldn't be happier with our experience. This was one of the best family holidays we've ever had. From the very first day, we felt genuinely welcomed. Every single member of the staff was incredibly friendly, professional, and always smiling. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and they went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. Their kindness and positive attitude made us feel at home throughout our entire stay. The food was simply outstanding. The buffet offered an excellent selection every day, and we especially loved that each evening had a different theme. It was exciting to try something new every night, with a fantastic variety of international and local dishes. Everything was fresh, beautifully prepared, and absolutely delicious. Even our children always found plenty of options they loved. The rooms were spotless and cleaned to a very high standard every day. The beds were extremely comfortable, and we all slept wonderfully after spending our days at the beach. The entire hotel is exceptionally clean and very well maintained. The location is perfect, just a short distance from the beautiful beaches and surrounded by everything you might need for a relaxing holiday. The hotel has a peaceful atmosphere, lovely gardens, and excellent facilities that make it ideal for families. What really makes Turo Pins special is the people. You can truly feel that everyone cares about the guests and takes pride in their work. That personal touch made our holiday unforgettable. Thank you to the entire team for giving our family wonderful days full of relaxation, great food, and beautiful memories. We are leaving with smiles on our faces and hope to return again in the future.
