BQ Cala Ratjada

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! Everything was excellent, from the cleanliness and comfort to the overall atmosphere. Every member of the staff was friendly, professional, and always ready to help, making us feel truly welcome. A special thank you goes to Tony, who was absolutely amazing! He was always smiling, incredibly kind, and went above and beyond to make our stay even more enjoyable. His positive attitude and outstanding service truly made a difference and made our experience unforgettable. We highly recommend this hotel and would happily stay here again!

No privacy, shower is in the bedroom, separated only with glass and have no door so take this into consideration when booking the stay. Rooms were refurbished with cheapest way, shower has no door so water might go into the bedroom. Male receptionist was rude and doesn't care about hotel reputation. I've asked if it would be possible to have showers in the evening before flight (11pm), he told us that spa showers will be switched off before 6pm, if we late from the beach then it would be our problem. Not good for 4 star hotel. Will nor stay there again...

Nice, clean, simple hotel with a good location near the sea, markets, and city center. Also, the staff has a wonderful personality! But: - Towels weren’t changed for 4 days. - The window is broken, so it can’t be closed, and the room is very noisy because it’s near the street. - Some rooms are a bit small, and the beds aren’t very comfortable 😔
