Hyatt House Kanazawa

I think these have the biggest rooms in all of Kanazawa and cater to more apartment style family holiday. Service is not really there, but it is self-serve by design. Got the Hyatt Centric (adjoining property) breakfast included in our rates, which was much better than Hyatt House breakfast. But even then the breakfast wasn’t something to write home about. In short the convenience of being close to the station, having great/large rooms and an excellent lobby downstairs where you can enjoy free drinks just made it for me. I would definitely stay here if I am in Kanazawa next.

We had a fantastic stay at Hyatt House Kanazawa. The hotel is beautiful, the rooms are comfortable, and the location is excellent. What really made our stay memorable was the outstanding service. The staff were incredibly kind, professional, and genuinely cared about making sure we had the best possible experience. A special thank you to Mr. Kazuya Numata for his exceptional care and attention. We truly felt looked after from beginning to end and would happily stay here again. Highly recommended!

As a family of 4 we book this hotel after watchingany reels on Instagram. Its walking distance from theain kanazawa station so best for us. The room was huge compared to other hotels in Japan with a small kitchen area too. Everything was good except for the attitude of the front office staff, while check in the look on the staff face was cold, no smile nothing. The same experience the next day. I have worked in the hospitality industry and so sure that was not a welcome smile.
