5/5 Stars – An Incredible Stay! We Can’t Wait to Return Every Year ​Everything about our stay at The Royal Cancun All Suites Resort was wonderful from the moment we arrived. The staff was incredibly warm and welcoming, and we so appreciated that there were no pushy sales pitches—just genuine hospitality. ​The all-inclusive experience exceeded our expectations. The food was far above average for an all-inclusive resort—not bland at all, but full of flavor with wonderful dishes across the board. Having room service included was such a great touch! We were easily able to get reservations at several different restaurants, and having full access to the facilities at The Royal Sands gave us fantastic variety and a fun change of scenery. ​A special shoutout to our concierge, Carlos, who was extremely attentive and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. ​The suites are spacious and comfortable, and the property itself is beautiful. In fact, we loved the food, suite, and resort so much that—for the first time ever—we actually regretted not attending the Vacation Club presentation! We are already planning on coming back every single year. Thank you to the entire team for an unforgettable trip!

This vacation to Cancún was our first international vacation destination for our family and EVERYTHING about this resort EXCEEDED OUR EXPECTATIONS. The property location is a sweet and cozy spot right on the beach with breathtaking balcony views. Our suite was perfectly sized for our family with 1 king sized bedroom and 2 twin beds for the kids in the second bedroom; along with a full size kitchen, living room, bathroom, and 2 full size balconies. The hotel staff were super friendly, respectful, and just overall committed to delivering an excellent experience for their guests. The restaurant La Palappa was on a WHOLE NEW LEVEL of dining experience. The food quality was authentic, delicious, and top tier quality! The restaurant staff work long hours and I can only imagine how tired they must be at the end of each day. But trust me when I tell you that over the course of our 6 day stay here, I’ve witness their level of pride and professionalism in delivering quality customer service to their guests. Overall you and your family will be treated well here. This place really is paradise away from home. I hope management gets a chance to read this. You truly have amazing staff here in every aspect of this place that made our experience a great one and have each contributed in their own way to this 5 star review!

We’ve stayed at this resort twice and I believe it to be the best value of anywhere I’ve stayed. Maybe not the best overall, but the best value. The all inclusive package is shockingly affordable, given two bedrooms, living area, Murphy bed and kitchen with a great view of the ocean. Also, it isn’t overly crowded so it’s always easy to find a spot to layout. The average guest as in their 70s and 80s, but I highly recommend for anyone with a large family of kids. My only complaint for management: the restaurant staff could be much friendlier, and less stingy and extremely slow serving water.
