Very terrible service if we asked for a glass of water it was going to be given after hours or the room was cleaned in the late afternoon and we had to wait for hours. The breakfasts were not very inviting as the eggs were cold and no various alternatives. The location is nice but the car park is always busy. Not recommended at all there are better locations in Palermo.

Tucked away in a busy neighborhood -- this was the perfect location for us to visit family about an hour away and have easy access to the Palermo airport the morning of our departure. The office staff is incredibly helpful as is the bar and restaurant staff -- particularly Gabriel who we enjoyed spending time with! Food in the restaurant was fantastic and rooms were clean and serviced daily.

We stayed here in for three nights in June 2024 and did not get a single good night sleep. Located adjacent to an event centre/restaurant which had loud music blaring every night (Sat/Sun/Mon) until as late as 1AM. The room itself was quite fine, although with rock solid pillows. Air con was good. Bathroom had all you need. Breakfast we took one morning cost only 5€ and I wouldn’t pay more than that. Parking was fine, but shared with the next door restaurant so turn up late and you’ll find no space. Overall a really disappointing stay and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
