AC Hotel by Marriott Old Montreal

I rarely write business reviews, but this time is completely different. Our stay was amazing from start to finish. The location is fantastic, complimentary parking was a huge bonus, everything was spotless, the rooms were super spacious, and the staff were so polite and welcoming. This is a five star review for a really great hotel, but what truly made me want to write this review goes way beyond a great room—it’s the genuine heart of the leadership team. It’s been a really long time since I’ve felt this level of real care in hospitality. While most managers just focus on running the business and retaining customers , the team went so far beyond that. Their action was exactly like when a close friend puts a hand on your shoulder in a tough moment and says, "Hey, I’m here to help, we’ll fix it." You can feel right away that they don't just run a hotel; they truly care about the people walking through their doors. A special thank you to the supervisor and manager for their leadership, kindness, and incredible care for their guests. You guys turned what could’ve been just a standard stay into an unforgettable memory. I’m leaving as a truly loyal guest, and I can't wait to come back!

Stayed at AC Hotel by Marriott Montreal Downtown during Grand Prix week and had a really great experience. The location is amazing and super convenient for getting around downtown Montreal and all the Grand Prix activities. The hotel itself is modern, clean, and has a really nice calm atmosphere. The rooms were comfortable, well maintained, and surprisingly quiet considering how busy the city was that week, which I really appreciated since I’m not really a nightlife person. The wellness area was honestly really nice too. The pool was great, the hot tub was really good, and the gym looked very nice and well equipped as well. It was nice being able to come back and relax after long days walking around the city. The location was another huge plus. Everything was nearby including restaurants, shopping, and basically anything you might need, which made the whole stay really easy and convenient. The staff were also very friendly and helpful throughout the stay. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and overall the service felt professional and welcoming. Overall, staying there made the whole Montreal trip feel easy and stress-free. Would definitely stay there again.

I enjoyed my stay the AC in old Montreal! The location of this hotel is superb. Close walking distance to so much. My room was clean (- the one long hair found in my bed) Comfortable with a decent amount of space. Lots of lighting options in the room to brighten things up as the room seemed to be a bit dark. Room had nespresso & steamer which were big perks for me. If you are looking for a good window view look elsewhere. This hotel had buildings on both sides. Staff were friendly and informative. This hotel was very full the day after I stayed and late 2PM checkout (gold member here) was not available. (I know it’s never a guarantee but usually available most stays) Would have appreciated even an extra hour. The bar has a great atmosphere. Enjoyed a great (but pricey) drink. Overall this hotel is definitely a stay again place for me! Thanks for the stay!
