Excellent hotel in Ha Long. We enjoyed a room on the 20th floor of this hotel for 3 nights. It was spacious, luxurious and had all the amenities we required. There were beautiful views of the bay from the balcony. The staff were all friendly and we used the fitness centre every …

Excellent hotel in Ha Long. We enjoyed a room on the 20th floor of this hotel for 3 nights. It was spacious, luxurious and had all the amenities we required. There were beautiful views of the bay from the balcony. The staff were all friendly and we used the fitness centre every day (I would suggest the hotel provides water here as none was present which is unusual for a hotel of this quality). You can walk from the hotel 10-15 minutes where there are a good selection of restaurants. Grab is available from the hotel very quickly. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone staying in the area.
Big rooms, clean and good facilitates. We got the basic room and i appreciate that the sink and toilet are separated. Breakfast was average but overall the hotel was good. Would stay again
