Intercontinental Halong Bay Resort

We had a wonderful stay at InterContinental Ha Long Bay. The property is absolutely beautiful, with elegant design, modern amenities, and breathtaking views overlooking the bay. Our room was spacious, spotless, and incredibly comfortable, making it easy to relax and enjoy our time there. We did run into a small issue with our booking, but the team handled it professionally and efficiently. They were understanding, responsive, and went above and beyond to help resolve everything, which made a great impression on us. What truly sets this hotel apart is the exceptional hospitality. Every staff member we encountered was warm, friendly, and genuinely committed to making our stay enjoyable. We left feeling well taken care of and would gladly return on our next visit to Ha Long Bay. Highly recommend!

My experience was very good overall. Services and staff were very good. Bed was super comfortable and our room was beautiful and overlooked the scenic Ha Long Bay vista. At check-in desk, Ariel was efficient, welcoming and helpful. At the consierge desk- Kathy was helpful and friendly and arranged everything for our Taliya Day Cruise excursion to La Han Bay. At the pool bar Delmar - service from Annie and all of the bar team was wonderful and attentive. The Club Lounge staff were very good. The Spa services area was very clean and offered a rejuvenating massage. The drawback that I experienced was the lack of open restaurant during the week days that we stayed because there were not many options surrounding the hotel. The buffet restaurant would have been appreciated to be open during the week as sitting down to a formal meal on vacation is not always wanted. A mention that all the staff we encountered from the bellboy, the welcome staff at the entrance and everyone on the Intercontinental Ha Long Bay team was very good and professional.

An incredibly nice hotel and room. Our room looked out onto the beach on a top floor. This is easily the nicest hotel room I have stayed in. I only stayed one night so I cannot attest to service but all check-in and check-out staff were very kind and clear. I appreciated them. We stayed overnight before heading to a wedding. The bride, groom and their family had the villa type suite with 3 bedrooms and a pool in their hotel villa. It was also amazing. 10/10 hotel. You are right on the beach as well and the water is so warm. The pool is huge with a decent amount of chairs and a beautiful pool bar. They also have spots to host people and that is where we had the bride and groom cocktail hour - nice bar, the staff was hilarious, we laughed with them and they provided tasty cocktails and tasty tapas.
