The Hotel Lucerne, Autograph Collection

My experience at this hotel was truly amazing, and above all, the service standard was absolutely top-notch. I broke my foot in Paris and could barely walk during my trip. Patrick went completely above and beyond to help me. He arranged assistance at the train station, even calling the Italian train station himself to make sure my journey would be as smooth as possible. He also helped arrange ice packs and a shower chair, and constantly checked in to make sure I was comfortable. What could have been an incredibly stressful experience became manageable because of his kindness, professionalism, and genuine care. Patrick truly made me feel at home. I’m deeply grateful and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for exceptional hospitality.

Beautiful hotel centrally located nearby a small park and church bell tower. We loved watching the Chi Gong class at 9 am each morning, chess games, and ping pong. Hotel is walkable from the Lucerne train station. The room was spectacular with many amenities including espresso machine, water, refrigerator, and areas for two suitcases to remain open (junior suite). The blinds in the room are amazing, providing quiet and privacy if / when desired. The double sink in the bathroom was a major plus too! Too many amenities to mention! We enjoyed the hotel breakfast and loved the Swiss version of overnight oats. Patrick and Giselle and all the staff were absolutely friendly and helpful.

Stephanie, the receptionist made sure that our experience in the hotel shouldn’t be right at the start. She looked down upon us as if we were not paying to stay there. I had made a request for higher floor even before check in. But she made us feel like as if we should be grateful to the hotel for giving us the room. She gave numerous reasons (I would say excuses rather) for not giving us the higher floor room: -That she received our booking the same day we were to arrive. - That the hotel was sold out (which was utter crap because a few moments later we observed someone got a higher floor upon check in) - That this is the last room she has got She TOLD US A LIE THAT all other rooms were sold out. We used Marriott points here to stay. Gold status, so no breakfast upon request too. The dark lady with curly hair is so amazing. She took our feedback, was so friendly, recommended us the beach which turned out to be so amazing- a perfect end for our trip! Recommendation for the hotel- pls keep Stephanie out and a weighing scale for the luggage. Also when we requested for luggage assistance, Stephanie offered herself to bring it to our room. To which anyone chivalrous man would say NO obviously. How can we ask a lady to drop our bags? Another recommendation would be to have a bell boy in a hotel of such class. Although, I noticed a different change in their hospitality when I was waiting and observed them help checking-in another guest where the other male receptionist simply told the guests to leave the luggage at the reception and it would be bought by the team to their room. The hotel is class apart. Rooms, tables, AC, theme, decor, interior- crazy. Huge respect for the architect who designed it. Location is really good
