Swissôtel Tashkent

Thank you so much to the kind staff. The swimming pool isn't bad either. However, the breakfast is a serious issue. We chose Swissôtel because we heard they had rice and noodles. But the stir-fried noodles were completely undercooked and hard. The rice was too dry, hard, and had starch still intact because the grains weren't properly washed or soaked. How can this be called food? No hotel in the world cooks like this. There is ramen in the soup corner, but it is the thick noodles that are supposed to be boiled. Even after leaving it in hot water, it wouldn't cook. Hotel breakfasts are no joke. For some, it is the standard for choosing a hotel and the starting point for an important trip or business. Our entire team was disappointed.

Rating: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I stayed at the Swissôtel Tashkent with my wife from May 5th to May 9th, and despite a couple of minor hiccups at the start, the experience turned out to be absolutely wonderful. We arrived at the hotel around 11 AM and requested an early check-in. While the room was finally allotted to us by 1:45 PM, we truly appreciated that the team worked on accommodating us as early as possible. Upon entering the first room, we noticed a few issues with the air conditioning and some other small concerns. However, when I politely brought this to the attention of the Front Desk Manager, Mr. Abdulaziz, he handled the situation like a true professional. Not only did he apologize sincerely, but he also upgraded us to a spacious junior suite at no extra charge. The room was quiet, comfortable, and absolutely perfect for our stay. The breakfast at Swissôtel Tashkent was amazing – a great variety of delicious options. And on our last day, since our return flight was very early in the morning, the hotel thoughtfully arranged a packed breakfast for us to take along. That gesture truly reflected their warmth and guest-centric approach. All in all, our stay became a memorable one, thanks to the team’s responsiveness and care. We are already looking forward to our next visit to Tashkent and will definitely stay at Swissôtel again. The room is spacious and seems like newly renovated/ established. Good variety of breakfast buffet, good taste and nice decor in the restaurant. Cleanliness is okay, can be improved, especially the carpets. I could tell that dusts had been accummulated, dont know when was the last time they cleaned it up. There was one day when my room wasn't cleaned although I put up the sign already. Need more coordination on this. But upon request, they did it right away. Overall, I enjoyed my 5-day stay.
