Warm & Elegant My stay at Hilton Tashkent City was a truly wonderful experience, and a big part of it was the excellent service at Shosh Restaurant. The restaurant has a beautiful atmosphere, delicious food, and a great selection for breakfast and other meals. But what really made the experience special was the hospitality and attention to detail from the staff. A special thank you to Usmon, the manager of Shosh Restaurant, for his professionalism, warm attitude, and genuine care for guests. He creates an atmosphere where you feel welcomed and well taken care of. His leadership is clearly reflected in the quality of service provided by the entire team. Thank you to Usmon and the Shosh team for making my experience at Hilton Tashkent City so enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this hotel and especially Shosh Restaurant to anyone visiting Tashkent!

I stayed at this hotel with my family, and it was absolutely fantastic. The location is excellent, with a beautiful dancing fountain nearby and lush greenery surrounding the property. I was fortunate to have a room with a fountain view, which made the stay even more enjoyable. Special thanks to the hotel's FOM, Ms. Malika, for her outstanding hospitality, and to Mr. Sanjar for his warm welcome. I would also like to express my sincere appreciation to Mr. Ravshan from the Executive Lounge for his professional and attentive service. The breakfast experience was wonderful, and the croissants were especially mouthwatering—compliments to the pastry chef for creating such delicious pastries. I would also like to commend the housekeeping staff for their professionalism, attention to detail, and dedication to maintaining a clean and comfortable environment throughout our stay. When I chose Hilton for my stay in Tashkent, I already had certain expectations and Hilton Tashkent City delivered from the very first moment. I was in the city for a business trip, and coming back after seven years, discovering this hotel was a really rewarding experience. The lobby is the first thing that impresses you, it’s very high, and beautifully done. There is a lot of marble, and everything feels clean and well thought out. The flowers are changed every day, which adds a nice touch and shows attention to detail. I stayed in a corner suite on the top floors, with an amazing view over the city. The room was very comfortable, and the bed was honestly one of the best I’ve ever slept in. Breakfast was great, everything you need, good quality, and very well organized. I love the Hilton executive lounges, and this one was one of the best I have experienced, spacious, delicious food, a beautiful terrace and an amazing selection of books and magazines to read. The spa is also excellent. If you stay here, I recommend booking a Balinese massage, and if you have time, also a regular massage. It really completes the whole experience. Overall, this is the best luxury stay you can have in Tashkent. I will definitely stay here every time I come back for business.
