Sheraton Mexico City María Isabel Hotel

Excellent hotel in a great location. Right in the center of reforma with plenty of shops and restaurants within walking distance. Great service the front door is almost always held open by a doorman even though they have the automatic rotating doors. Corporate price makes this hotel affordable for my company. Easy to find something to eat whether it be quick bite to eat or fancy sit down restaurants. With status and access to the lounge on the 18th floor you get breakfast included and other items you can grab throughout the day. Overall excellent hotel.

Everything the Sheraton should be! Nicely sized and well maintained rooms. Was there for work and the extremely attentive service went a long way in bringing me the comforts of home. Outstanding room service that was quick and tasty was very appreciated. I am a Titanium Elite member through Bonvoy and would absolutely rank this Sheraton amongst the best.

Classic Stay with a Great Lounge Experience I’ve stayed at Sheraton María Isabel before, and this time I felt the overall service has improved, which is great to see. That said, there’s still a bit of inconsistency depending on the moment or area of the hotel. What remains outstanding is the Club Lounge service. The team there is always incredibly kind, attentive, and genuinely focused on making your stay better. It really makes a difference. The location is one of the hotel’s biggest strengths, right on Reforma, which makes it very convenient to move around the city. If you can, try to get a room in the tower facing Reforma, the view is absolutely worth it. It’s an older, classic hotel, and while you can feel its age in some aspects, it still offers a solid and comfortable experience overall. As a nice touch, I really loved the macarons left as a courtesy in the room, a small detail that made the stay even more enjoyable.
