BelAir Unique, a Wyndham Hotel

The hotel is good. The rooms are spacious and nice, some of them are already renewed (as the hotel is kinda old, used to be a Crown Plaza), some of the rooms got a big toilet were you can open a window and enjoy a nice bath while watching tv or something. They got a nice restaurant, the menu is great and when the buffet is open the food is delicious and’s options are vast. totally recommended if you are staying in the area

Went to have a dinner at their restaurant on main floor at 9 pm, prior being sat I was told that kitchen is busy that evening. We have been sat but nobody came to take our order, until I had to call somebody over after 20 min. We have been waiting there for at least 1h at the restaurant, after that I told them if they could bring it to my room instead, so I can do my errands. I had waited until 10:55 pm and gave them a call, but nobody picked up the call. Went downstairs to ask what was going on, found a waited to ask him about my order, he assured me that my 2 dishes and a salad will be done very shortly, 5 min to be exact. I went back to my room, got called at 11:15 pm and was told my order will be ready in 10-15 min. After waiting for my food for 2 hours, I decided to go to sleep, not bothering the staff with my order. At approximately 11:45 pm, a waiter was knocking at my door, I had to decline my order since it’s not normal to wait for your order that long , they probably just forgot about me. BELAIR DO BETTER, or at least don’t sugar coat it and feed me with couple more minutes, instead give me honest answer
