From the flower welcome at arrival to the thoughtful anniversary surprises in our room, every detail felt elegant and genuinely personalized. The team handled every situation with incredible professionalism and kindness. Even when our room was delayed, they immediately offered a room upgrade and late check-out, which we truly appreciated. The hospitality level at this hotel is exceptional. Special thanks to Tiger for the amazing squash and tennis guidance, Sepaul for making every dinner unforgettable with outstanding service, Madha for her kindness and help throughout our stay, and Kiran, Sahil and Narain for their fantastic service on the beach. Their warmth and professionalism made our holiday even more special. The direct beach access room, beautiful sunset views, excellent restaurants, complimentary water sports, stunning snorkeling experience, amazing service and the overall attention to every detail made this trip unforgettable. Royal Palm Beachcomber is truly something special. From the moment you arrive, there’s this effortless sense of calm luxury — refined and exclusive, yet never pretentious or overdone. Set on one of the most beautiful, sheltered beaches in Mauritius, it feels private, peaceful and exclusive. What stood out to me most, though, was the people. Across the entire Beachcomber group there’s such a genuine warmth, but at Royal Palm it feels especially personal. Jenny & the staff clearly take enormous pride in what they do and in being part of the Beachcomber family. You can feel the connection between the team members, and guests are welcomed with such sincerity that you immediately feel at home. It’s not just service — it’s that feeling of being truly cared for, which is very much their Art of Beautiful. The suites are spacious, immaculate and beautifully understated, with every detail thoughtfully considered. Dining was exceptional — refined without feeling stiff. The sommelier team’s knowledge is incredibly impressive, and the wine cellar alone is an experience for anyone who appreciates fine wines. Beach service from Vishal was accompanied by the biggest Mauritian smile, what a pleasure as well as a very courteous team at the boathouse. Royal Palm Beachcomber is, in every sense, a world-class five-star experience — elegant, personal and unforgettable. It’s the kind of place that stays with you long after you leave, and somewhere I would return to in a heartbeat.
