Unmatched Hospitality at Renaissance Nusa Dua! 🌺✨ ​Our overall stay at the Renaissance Bali Nusa Dua Resort was nothing short of incredible—from the crazy, stunning rooms and flawless service to the endless bright, smiling faces that greeted us at every turn. Located super close to the beach and perfectly situated for exploring all the best spots down south, this resort provides a top-tier experience that we cannot recommend highly enough to everyone visiting Bali! ​My wife and I started our trip with a blissful day at the spa, beginning with a warm welcome from Sity at reception. Our therapists, Nadia and Tini, worked pure magic by blending traditional Balinese Logong and Fusion massages to melt away all our travel tension in a serene, luxurious setting. ​Our dining experiences at Backstage Food Theatre for breakfast and dinner were equally exceptional, largely thanks to Tata. She is such a happy and helpful soul, bringing vibrant, joyful energy and attentive service that brightened every single meal and made us feel truly special. ​Down by the water, Calbin at the Nusa Dua Beach Club was also a fantastic help, making our time lounging by the ocean completely seamless and relaxing.

I had such an amazing experience at Renaissance Bali! The staff were absolutely incredible—so warm, kind, attentive, and genuinely caring. They went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and happy throughout my stay. When I experienced some issues with my room, the team immediately listened and arranged a room change for me without any hassle. They were incredibly helpful and made me feel truly taken care of. What really impressed me was how generous they were with complimentary services and experiences, including a complimentary massage and even allowing me extra hours to enjoy the hotel. These thoughtful gestures made such a difference and showed how much they genuinely care about their guests. The hospitality was honestly WOW. Tony and Eric made our entire experience at R Bar unforgettable. From the moment we walked in, they treated us like friends rather than tourists. Their genuine hospitality, great energy, and attention to every detail made us feel right at home. They went above and beyond to introduce us to the local culture, sharing recommendations, stories, and making sure we experienced the true Bali atmosphere not just another bar. Their service was exceptional, the drinks were fantastic, and the laughs and conversations made this one of the highlights of our trip.
