Novotel Bali Nusa Dua

We had a wonderful stay at Novotel Nusa Dua. The service was outstanding from the moment we arrived until check-out. Every member of the staff was friendly, welcoming, and genuinely eager to help, which made us feel comfortable throughout our stay. The rooms were good and comfortable, although fairly standard, and the breakfast was decent with enough variety, even if it wasn’t the highlight of the hotel. The real standout was the exceptional hospitality and the spa experience. A special thank you to the massage therapists Rina and Hapy. Their professionalism, attention to detail, and skill made our treatments incredibly relaxing. They truly made our vacation even more enjoyable. Overall, we had a great experience and would gladly stay here again. Thank you to the entire Novotel Nusa Dua team for making our holiday memorable!

We stayed in a 2 bedroom + 2 bathroom apartment - so spacious. Each and every staff member was polite, friendly, professional and helpful. They made our stay amazing. Buffet breakfast was great - large range of food to suit everyone. Pool was good. Grounds and lush gardens were beautiful. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend to others. Price of food and drinks were higher than we expected (higher than local surrounding places) but it was all nice - and we certainly utilised room service and cafe as we did not want to cook. Suggestion- If mirrors could be put in the bedrooms so we could do our make up - that would be great. Its not fun putting on makeup in hot bathrooms on 30 degree days..

Our first time at Novotel Nusa Dua but not our last!! We are Accor Members but we usually only use our points in Australia but since it was our 20th wedding anniversary, we decided to give Bali a try and Nusa Dua has not disappointed. Sakthu even organised a complimentary cake plate for the Mrs and I when we arrived and it was left in the fridg3 for us to enjoy. The 1 bedroom apartment is phenomenal, luxurious and modern enough for normal folks. Is it perfect, no, but the room has a decent size kitchen, nice rain shower, great size living and dining area and a good bedroom and huge balcony. It could use a TV in the bedroom but.....first world problems. 🤣 The resort staff are lovely, the pools are decent although I feel like they could skim them a little more often to keep the leaves out. It's also usually a struggle to get a seat unless you reserve in the morning by throwing a towel on 1 or 2 around 8am so be aware. Reception staff were helpful and while the resort will try to sell you Accor Membership (they are an Accor resort), you can say no and then just utilise the credit they offer you for joining the presentation, or just say No. This is their job so I don't really judge. 😉 The food and drinks are ok but we tend to eat out at Bali Collection or in the local restaurants just up the road. Much cheaper and more selection. Overall, I would highly recommend Novotel Nusa Dua and will definitely bring the family back when we visit Bali next.
