Radisson Collection Hotel, Waterfront Cape Town

We stayed 5 nights at this hotel and we were thoroughly impressed with the staff, food and comfort of this place. All of our meals were delicious, and the breakfast buffet was excellent, including anything your palate and culture desires. I want to give special recognition to the restaurant staff including C-Jay, Tamara, and Bongiwe who took care of us and were so very kind and welcoming. Also, thank you to the concierge, Michael, who went out of his way to ensure we had a delightful visit to Cape Town.

We recently celebrated my mom’s 60th birthday lunch at Tobago Restaurant at the Radisson Blu Collection Hotel, and the experience was absolutely wonderful from start to finish. A heartfelt thank you to Eloise, Sima, Louisa, Shafeegha, Teriza, Voyo, and Solomon for the outstanding service and hospitality. Every staff member went above and beyond to make our celebration feel special and memorable. The team was professional, attentive, warm, and always willing to assist with a smile. Their attention to detail, friendly attitudes, and excellent customer service made my mom’s milestone celebration truly unforgettable. The atmosphere was elegant, the food was delicious, and the service exceeded our expectations. Thank you for helping us create such beautiful memories with our family.
