Radisson Blu Mosi-oa-Tunya Livingstone Resort

First what makes a customer's visit to any hotel is its people. Mishell, Susan and Lister who work the front desk are very welcoming and helpful. Not every hotel experience is flawless. In Fact our first room we checked into had a sink that was not working. The second room had an issue with the Aircon. Well while that wasn't a great start to our visit the hotel worked to make up for this by giving us a very nice room on the third floor of the hotel. One of our group got very ill and across the street is an excellent medical facility which provided the needed treatment. The hotel itself is very nice the grounds are well maintained and you feel like you are on a cruise ship. The Zambezi river and surrounding area provide a wonderful view and experience. I also have to call our Gladys and her breakfast staff who work hard to make the bed and breakfast offering one that is truly satisfying and memorable. Today I had the bread pudding with my made to order omelette and it's a great way to start your day! Things will always happen when traveling but it's how the staff and hotel handle them that provides the greatest feeling when away from home.

A few months ago, we dropped by for drinks. The property itself is gorgeous—the ambiance, decor, and views are all top-tier. Unfortunately, the service didn't match the setting at first, as we sat for over 20 minutes without anyone taking our order. We actually decided to leave, but on our way out, a charming staff member named Samuel noticed our frustration. He went above and beyond to turn our experience around, offering a drink on the house and making us feel truly welcome. We ended up canceling our dinner reservations elsewhere just to stay and eat here. Thank you, Samuel, for turning a disappointing night into a wonderful evening. Management, please honor exceptional staff like him!

I had a wonderful stay at Radisson Blu Mosi-oa-Tunya, Livingstone and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Zambia. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel genuinely welcome. Every team member I encountered was warm, friendly, professional and incredibly accommodating, always going out of their way to ensure I had everything I needed. The level of hospitality really stood out and made the experience even more enjoyable. The property itself is beautiful, with an incredible location overlooking the Zambezi River. One of the absolute highlights was the sunset river cruise. Watching the African sunset over the river while enjoying the peaceful surroundings was truly unforgettable and one of the most memorable experiences of my trip. The rooms were comfortable, the facilities were excellent, and the atmosphere throughout the hotel was relaxed while still delivering outstanding service. Thank you to the entire team for making my stay such a memorable one. I look forward to returning and would happily recommend Radisson Blu Livingstone to both leisure and business travellers looking for exceptional Zambian hospitality.
