My family and I had an amazing stay at Protea Hotel Livingstone! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful from check-in to check-out - they really went above and beyond. The environment is absolutely breathtaking, with beautiful grounds and great views. And the food? That was the icing on the cake! Every meal was delicious and well prepared. We’ll definitely be back. Highly recommend!
What a great stay. Staff is awesome. Marriott standard has maintained gracefully. I highly recommend this location. Keep it up. Bravo from GM to all employees. We have enjoyed the stay.

I had a mixed experience here. On the positive side, the room was really nice, comfortable, and very quiet, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. The hotel grounds are also quite pleasant, featuring nice water fountains and a relaxing outdoor pond area. However, the breakfast buffet was definitely not the best. I found the standard breakfast meat options, specifically the beef and chicken sausages, to be quite unappealing. The saving grace of the morning meal was the dedicated corner serving traditional Zambian food. The stewed chicken and greens were absolutely great and full of flavour. I highly recommend skipping the standard sausages and heading straight for the local traditional dishes instead!
