Purobeach Resort Santa Ponsa

We had an amazing stay at Purobeach Hotel Mallorca! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel so welcome. Everyone was incredibly kind, friendly, and always willing to help, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We also really appreciated that the hotel offers free parking, which made getting around Mallorca so much easier. What truly stood out was their exceptional hospitality on our last day. We had a late-night flight after spending the day at the beach, and the hotel graciously provided us with a room to shower and get ready before heading to the airport. It was such a thoughtful gesture that made our trip end on a perfect note. We highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again. Thank you to the wonderful staff for making our vacation so memorable!

Beautiful property. Room was comfortable but quite dark. Food and drink were good - we ate at the restaurant both nights and lunch at the poolside cafe. Amazing piano player on the Monday night which we enjoyed. Why it loses a star - opaque sun lounger reservation system. We were told on checking in that loungers are booked when you go for breakfast in the morning. When we enquired at breakfast we were asked if we’d reserved beds and told there were no beds left at the main pool - all beds had been reserved the previous day. After complaint they accommodated us but it left a bad taste. Never come across this type of reservation system before and doesn’t leave a 5 star feeling. Also €9 for a bottle of water is expensive even for a 5 star hotel.

What a lovely experience. My husband booked Puro for our anniversary and from the moment we arrived and was greeted by reception (The smiley lady with the curly hair can’t remember her name) we were made to feel so welcome. Our room had a gorgeous terrace with beautiful sea views and a lovely anniversary surprise waiting for us. One of the things I always struggle with when away is beds but I definitely didn’t here. Poolside - the beds and service were fab we were looked after by Luciana and Andrea who couldn’t do enough to make our stay as perfect as possible. The vibe is relaxing but there is a dj on later which is great. The lunch menu was great I enjoyed everything we tried. There are two pools one being quieter and smaller which was also relaxing. Breakfast was amazing loved the options but they also had a menu to choose from. We really liked to come up to the rooftop for a drink in the evening as it’s lovely to see the sunset and and views All the way around the hotel is great views. It is on a bit of a hill but taxis are very easy to get and you’re nearby to some beautiful ports and beaches. Thank you Puro for a lovely stay.
