Nour Arjaan by Rotana

A very nice hotel and friendly staffs... From reception (Mr.Khan) who was very polite and accomodating from our check in to the staffs of pool who always look after us and with the kids. I dont want to miss also the staff at the resto who also make sure that the food is suitable to our taste and offering us variety of foods the resto has. They are very exceptional, professional and see to it that we are well served on what we need. Its very rare nowadays for good customer service and the smiles of the staffs makes our day. The child who was with us told us from the moment we went in our room that she will rate the hotel a 5-star rating and she would like to stay here every time we are going to fujairah.😊😊😊 Overall, from the hotel itself down to the staffs Nour Arjaan is exceptional and services is commendable...Keep it up!You made our stay at Fujairah a memorable one.

I had a wonderful experience at Noor Rotana, especially with the room service and breakfast. The breakfast was absolutely delicious, with great variety and excellent service. A special thanks to Mr. shabaresh, the manager, who made us feel very happy and welcome. His friendly attitude, professionalism, and attention to detail were truly appreciated. The service was exactly what we expected, and everything was handled with great care. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay so comfortable and enjoyable. They were always friendly, attentive, and made me feel truly valued as a guest. I would also like to thank Ali from the Breakfast team for his excellent service. He was kind, polite, and made every morning a pleasant start to the day with his positive attitude and attentive care. The hospitality and dedication of these team members made my stay memorable.
