Fujairah Rotana Resort & Spa

I had a wonderful stay at the Fujairah Rotana Resort & Spa. From start to finish, the experience was warm and memorable, thanks largely to the incredible staff. A special thank you to Xiebel, who went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. His friendliness, attention to detail, and genuine hospitality really stood out and made our stay so much better. Always smiling, always helpful, and quick to take care of anything we needed. The resort itself is beautiful, with great facilities and a lovely atmosphere, but it’s the people who truly made the difference. I would happily return and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Fujairah. Thank you again to the whole team for the excellent service!

One star for the hotel concept. The staff are genuinely friendly and trying their best to make guests happy during the stay, and the beach is very nice. However, the “all inclusive” concept at this hotel makes no sense at all. You pay for an all-inclusive package, yet they constantly try to charge extra for so many things. For example, beer is only included in cans, not draft beer, and many outdoor areas or services are restricted. We even upgraded to the Ultra All Inclusive package thinking everything would finally be included …big mistake. They still charge extra for basic things like fresh juice. I have stayed in many all-inclusive hotels before, so I understand very well how this concept is supposed to work. Unfortunately, here it feels like they do everything possible to make you spend more money, even after paying for the highest package. If you want a nice beach and friendly staff, this place has that. But if you expect a true all-inclusive experience, prepare to be disappointed. There are many other all-inclusive hotels where you can actually relax and enjoy your stay without constantly being asked to pay extra.

Our stay at Fujairah Rotana Resort & Spa was absolutely perfect from start to finish. Every single staff member we met was friendly, attentive, welcoming, and very accommodating. What made our experience even more special was that they remembered us from our previous visit and even remembered our kids’ names, which truly made us feel at home. A very special thank you to Mr. Ahmad, Hamdi, Xiebel, Wah Wah, Denise, Kiwan, May, and the concierge staff for their outstanding hospitality and kindness. Also, a big appreciation to all the lifeguard personnel one by one for their care, professionalism, and warm attitude throughout our stay. Thank you all for making our vacation so memorable. We can’t wait to come back again!
