NH Collection Palacio de Córdoba

An absolutely fantastic hotel in the heart of Córdoba. The location is perfect, ideal for discovering the city on foot, and the interior design is beautiful, elegant and full of character. What really made our stay special was the kindness and professionalism of the staff. A special mention goes to Rosario, who was exceptionally welcoming, attentive and helpful. The breakfast is another highlight: excellent quality, great variety and beautifully presented. Everything about our experience was 10 out of 10 — location, atmosphere, design, service and breakfast. Highly recommended. We would definitely stay here again!

Exceptional staff, beautiful hotel, great location and outstanding service from start to finish! Our stay at the NH Collection Palacio de Córdoba was excellent from start to finish and truly felt like a 5-star experience. From the moment we arrived, Juan made a fantastic first impression. He gave us a warm welcome, provided a map of the local area, recommended places to visit and made sure we had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. His hospitality really set the tone for the rest of our visit. Every member of staff we encountered was exceptional. Eva was wonderful at breakfast, as was the lady working alongside her, and the kitchen team did an excellent job preparing a varied and high-quality breakfast each morning. There were plenty of breakfast options suitable for those following a halal diet, which we really appreciated. The gentleman who served us drinks in the courtyard was also incredibly friendly, and both check-in and check-out were quick and effortless. I only wish I had remembered more names because everyone deserved recognition! The hotel itself was spotless and the housekeeping team were always so discreet and efficient that we hardly noticed them while they kept everything immaculate. Our room was beautifully presented and the complimentary bottle of water and chocolates waiting for us on arrival were a lovely touch that made us feel especially welcome. Whenever we needed anything, staff responded promptly and were always happy to help. The hotel is beautifully designed, with a lovely lobby that always felt welcoming. We especially appreciated the complimentary drinks station and fresh fruit available for guests throughout the day. The amenities were excellent and the location was perfect for exploring Córdoba with everything within walking distance. Our room overlooked a wall rather than the pool, but that really didn't bother us. You can't have everything, and the comfort, cleanliness and service more than made up for it. As a family, we also felt incredibly comfortable in the local area. My sisters wear hijab and are visibly Muslim and we all felt very safe and welcomed throughout our stay, even when we were out late in the evenings. Overall, this was an outstanding hotel with exceptional staff who genuinely care about their guests. My pictures do not do it justice. I would highly recommend NH Collection Palacio de Córdoba to anyone visiting the city andI can definitely see myself returning in the future. We were sad to leave. We had a wonderful stay in Córdoba, and this hotel was the perfect choice! The beautiful design, stunning swimming pool, and authentic boutique atmosphere made our stay so special that after the first night, we decided to extend it for another day. The hotel is in the perfect location in the walking distance from restaurants and sightseeing sights but at the same time tucked away from busy streets! Front desk were always with the smile and ready to assist. The team were professional, attentive, and genuinely welcoming, making our trip even more memorable. A special thank you to Isabel and Lourdes, who took exceptional care of us and made us feel completely relaxed and at home throughout our stay. We truly value outstanding hospitality, and we have no doubt we’ve found the perfect place to stay whenever we return to Córdoba. ¡Gracias!
