Excellent hotel with a great location close to the city center.The room was clean, spacious, and offered a beautiful city view. The large bed was very comfortable, making it easy to relax after a long day. The staff were friendly, professional, and able to communicate in English very well(NAFTALI). They were always helpful and attentive to guests' needs. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of choices, including both local and international dishes. Everything was fresh and delicious. Overall, I had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the city. I would definitely stay here again.

Excellent hotel with Spa (Sauna etc), pool and gym. Rooms are new and very clean. Perfect view from the floor and out of the room On Sunday they offered free chocolate tasting for all members of ACCOR. Shopping centre for electronics next to the hotel with the best bakery in town (named Bareby's). Our recommodation: buffet dinner at the 7th floor. Very tasty food (local as well as international) and the best service by Dimas and his team. We can only congratulate the hotel and its manager to this sympathic employees. You will meet us again

Had an enjoyable stay at Mövenpick Surabaya. The hotel was comfortable, the facilities were excellent, and the hospitality made the experience truly memorable.
