DoubleTree by Hilton Surabaya

Our stay at Double Tree Hilton was amazing. Upon check in we were gifted delicious warm local cookies. The breakfast was next to nothing. It was so amazing and we were constantly cared for and given delicious treats. It has everything. The place was clean and modern and comfortable. Thank you for making our stay in Surabaya so lovely.

It was a very pleasing experience. The hotel staff were very friendly and nice. Facilities like swimming pool, dining place, and such were kept very clean. Food was delicious as well. We booked the deluxe suite and the room is spacious and comfortable. When we checked in the room, the sheets had some stains on it so we called the room service to change it. And as compensation they even gave us a slice of cake which was tasty. Other than that, the hotel was placed quite strategically. There was a mall nearby and going out to restaurants for culinary was easy. Overall I would recommend this hotel, 10/10 would visit again.

The staff were very friendly and accomodating. As we arrive in the middle of the night, the reception makes our check in a breeze. And also honorable mention to the housekeeping/roomboy team named Kak Thalhah as he/she made our room very clean, and even exchanging some little notes everyday with my daughter and made some beautifull swan with the towel and that makes my daughter very very happy! keep up the good work!
