An incredible hotel with breathtaking views over the park. The rooms are spacious, with hot water and beautifully detailed décor. The food is varied, and premium drinks are included, which really elevates the experience. Martín, the manager, took exceptional care of us throughout our stay. He was always attentive, making everything feel personalized and genuinely warm. The team seems happy and works in great harmony, which you can truly feel as a guest. Highly recommended!

Our stay at Meliá Serengeti was exceptional and easily one of the highlights of our time in Tanzania. The setting is simply breathtaking. The views across the Serengeti are spectacular, and there were countless moments where we found ourselves simply sitting and taking in the landscape and wildlife around the lodge. The property feels beautifully integrated into its surroundings and provides a wonderful balance between luxury and the safari experience. What truly sets this hotel apart, however, is the service. Every member of staff we encountered was warm, welcoming and genuinely focused on ensuring guests had a memorable stay. The level of hospitality was consistently outstanding throughout our visit. A special thank you to Cha Cha, the Food & Beverage Manager, who went far above and beyond what we expected. He took a personal interest in our family’s experience and was particularly thoughtful with our children. What impressed us most was that he even took the initiative to pass ideas and information forward to the team at our next Meliá property to help ensure a seamless experience after we left. That level of care and attention is rare and demonstrates a genuine commitment to guest satisfaction. The food and beverage operation was excellent throughout our stay. Service was attentive without being intrusive, and the team consistently made us feel valued and welcome. We stayed at several properties during our Tanzania trip, and Meliá Serengeti stood out for both its location and its people. The views are world-class, but it is the staff who transform a beautiful lodge into a truly memorable experience.
