Four Seasons Safari Lodge Serengeti

We had such a wonderful stay at the Four Seasons Serengeti. The service and food were amazing, and what really stood out to us was how genuinely warm and friendly everyone was. Every staff member we passed would smile and say hello, which made us feel so welcomed throughout our stay. A special thank you to Navina and Vikash, who were both so kind and attentive. They really made us feel at home and always made sure everything we needed was taken care of. We also really appreciated the attention to food hygiene. We saw the staff taking extra care with food preparation, including wearing gloves when handling food and offering hand sanitizer before our meals. After being out on safari and seeing just how dusty the Serengeti can be, it was actually reassuring to see these precautions being taken. We personally had no concerns at all about the food and thought it was excellent. And of course, the best part was the visitors to the waterhole! 🐘🦓🦒 Sitting around and watching the animals come by was such a special experience and something we’ll definitely remember. Overall, we absolutely loved our stay. The setting is incredible, but it was the people and the service that really made it special. We would definitely come back.

Whether it was the delicious meals, thoughtful surprises, impeccable service, or simply taking the time to chat and make us feel at home, every interaction made us feel like valued family rather than guests. We stayed here while on safari in the Serengeti and wow!!!! We were so impressed with how much the lodge blended in with the environment, especially as a Four Seasons. Not only this, but the service here was impeccable. I was unfortunately not feeling well when we visited and not only was there expert medical care available on site to take care of me, but the resort staff went above and beyond to ensure I was comfortable and happy. Special shout out to Godfrey and all the other wonderful staff members who made our stay so enjoyable and unforgettable! The night sky here was breathtaking, and the water buffalo were our resident welcoming committee :) you won’t regret a stay here!
