Londoner Grand, a Luxury Collection Hotel Macao

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ This is my third stay at The Londoner Grand Macau, and it continues to exceed my expectations. Having stayed here twice last year, choosing to return again was an easy decision. I have been fortunate to stay at many luxury hotels around the world over the years, and I can honestly say that The Londoner Grand Macau ranks among the very best hotel experiences I have ever had. The property is elegant and beautifully maintained, the rooms are spacious, exceptionally comfortable, and thoughtfully designed, and the attention to detail throughout the hotel is outstanding. I would especially like to recognize Lambert, Head of Front Office, for his exceptional professionalism and hospitality. During check-in, he was patient, respectful, and genuinely took the time to listen to my concerns. He explained the hotel’s policies clearly, communicated with sincerity, and made me feel valued as a returning Marriott Elite member. What impressed me most was not simply the outcome, but the way he handled the entire interaction. Great hospitality is about making guests feel heard, respected, and appreciated, and Lambert demonstrated exactly that. His calm demeanor, excellent communication, and commitment to guest satisfaction made a wonderful first impression and set the tone for another memorable stay. The combination of luxurious accommodations, outstanding service, and a genuine commitment to guest satisfaction is what keeps bringing me back. I highly recommend The Londoner Grand Macau to anyone looking for a truly first-class hotel experience in Macau, and I look forward to returning again in the future.

My best friend and I stayed in rooms 3150 and 3324 at The Londoner Grand from June 25 to June 28, and we were truly impressed by the professionalism and warm hospitality of the entire team. We would especially like to recognize Chloe Lee (李嘉慧）from the Concierge team. Her service exceeded all of our expectations. She provided us with excellent recommendations for our itinerary and proactively arranged complimentary transportation, which made getting around so much easier. She even thoughtfully prepared and delivered delicious snacks to our room, which was such a wonderful surprise and made our stay even more memorable. Chloe’s genuine care, attention to detail, and exceptional service brought so much joy to our trip. We sincerely hope that The Londoner Grand will recognize her outstanding performance and reward her accordingly. I had such an amazing day here! The room was very cozy and comfortable. I like the swimming pool a lot. It gave me the ultimate holiday vibes. A huge thank you to Wilson at the front desk for his amazing service and for kindly preparing a birthday cake for my mom. It was such a thoughtful touch and made the trip so special. The breakfast is super delicious. We chose the Cantonese dim sum. The portions were huge, and everything tasted super dish was so fresh and delicious. Also, I loved the Jo Loves toiletries in the room. They smelled incredible and felt every high quality. Would recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing break!
