Grand Hyatt Macau

I had an awesome stay at Grand Hyatt Macau. The hotel is cozy, luxurious, and offers top-notch comfort. The location is perfect, with a casino inside the hotel and the cable car station right in front, making it very convenient to explore. The breakfast, lunch, and dinner were all excellent, with a great variety of delicious food. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a luxurious and enjoyable stay in Macau!

Our stay at the Grand Hyatt Macau was absolutely amazing from start to finish. The hotel is beautiful, the rooms are spacious and luxurious, and every member of the team made us feel genuinely welcome. The service throughout our stay was consistently outstanding. A special thank you to Mavis at reception, who went above and beyond to make our experience exceptional. She was warm, professional, attentive, and always willing to help with a smile. Her genuine hospitality made a real difference to our stay, and she is truly a great asset to the Grand Hyatt Macau. We couldn't have asked for a better experience and will definitely be returning. Highly recommended to anyone visiting Macau!

Very nice hotel. Clean and staff are friendly and helpful. The breakfast was amazing. I literally had the wonton noodle soup multiple times in one breakfast session! Other dishes and drinks can be made to order. Gym was suitable for a hotel, there are free weights and machines. I also had a facial and massage which I found quite expensive for the value but it was nice. I also used the salon and it was good.
