We would like to thank the whole team for the warm and exceptional hospitality. The front office team welcome was amazing and ever helpful. The conceirge team was always on hand, we had a young gentleman, apologies I didn't get your name but he made sure we were warmly welcomed back at the entrance and safe each time we took a grab out. He definitely made extra effort. it was very reassuring. The breakfast team was great! Smiles warm informative and very cosy. My family and I thank you for a lovely stay and amazing Thai hospitality.

My first visit to Chiang Rai couldn’t have been more memorable. We chose this hotel for a weekend getaway after seeing so much about it on TikTok, and we were really excited to experience it for ourselves. I’m happy to say that it definitely lived up to our expectations. What made the stay especially memorable was the people. From the moment we arrived, everyone made us feel genuinely welcome. The security team at the entrance was friendly and attentive, setting a great first impression. A special thank you to Khun Gan from Front Office team, who took such great care of us throughout our stay, from the moment we arrived until it was time to leave. Khun Lin also made our check-in experience smooth and enjoyable. She was incredibly warm and helpful and took the time to share the stories behind the hotel, which made us appreciate the experience even more. We also had a lovely evening at the bar where Khun Sai impressed us with her kindness, great hospitality, and excellent knowledge of the products. The following morning, Khun Lae welcomed us warmly at the restaurant and introduced everything with such passion and enthusiasm. His service was excellent just like all the other team members we encountered during our stay. It’s always the people who make a place truly special, and this team certainly did that for us. We had such a wonderful experience that we honestly didn’t want to leave. A big compliment to the management and the entire team for creating such warm and memorable hospitality. Thank you for making our first trip to Chiang Rai so special. We will definitely be back!

I was excited to hear that a Hilton-branded hotel had opened in Chiang Rai, so I didn't hesitate to book a stay. I have to say that the service exceeded my expectations from the moment I arrived. The staff were incredibly welcoming, warm, and attentive throughout my stay. I would especially like to thank Lin at the Front Desk, who was exceptionally helpful. She explained everything clearly and even took the time to show me around the hotel's dining facilities. Gan, one of the male staff members, was also outstanding. He kindly assisted with all of my luggage, and I almost felt guilty because he was so helpful! (Haha.) The bed was just the right balance—not too soft and not too firm. I had a wonderful night's sleep and woke up without any back pain. The Housekeeping team was also very attentive, checking in to make sure the room was cleaned to my satisfaction. The breakfast staff provided excellent service as well, always making sure my water was refilled and clearing away used plates promptly. As for the hotel itself, the atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing. It is surrounded by beautiful lush greenery, with pleasant walking paths that make it even more enjoyable. The only minor drawback was the road leading to the hotel. The entrance is quite dark and isolated, so I would suggest trimming the grass along the roadside and installing more lighting to improve safety and visibility. Overall, I had a wonderful experience and would happily stay here again.
