Jumeirah Saadiyat Island Resort

We had a fantastic stay and truly enjoyed the beautiful beach, relaxing atmosphere and excellent service. Everything felt very comfortable and well organized from the moment we arrived. A special thank you to Mohamed and the reception team for their kindness, flexibility and willingness to help with our requests, including both the early check-in and the late check-out on our departure day. These thoughtful gestures made our stay even more comfortable. As a Jumeirah One member, it was especially nice to feel recognized and well looked after throughout the stay. Experiences like this are exactly why we enjoy staying with Jumeirah. We really appreciated the warm hospitality and would happily return to Jumeirah Saadiyat again. Highly recommended!

We have stayed in this hotel before. And the experience was fine. The hotel is very clean, the staff is very friendly, the rooms are very spacious. Everything is modern and comfortable. Though food experience was underwhelming. Every time we come to this place everything is great, apart from food. Food selection is simply too small. The meat was very rough. We ended up eating rice and eggs from kids table. There was a lot of food that was very peculiar during dinner. I am not saying that this is bad… you can just get a wider selection of excellent food for a lower price at St Regis that is located at the same beach. Though the views are fantastic and service was great. Kids club is good as well. Overall the hotel is excellent and luxurious, yet the food part is what makes me give 4 stars instead of 5.

Everything about our stay was absolutely wonderful! From the very first moment, the welcome and reception were beyond amazing. Every single detail was shared with so much care and warmth, which made us feel truly special. The place itself is stunning, and the service was exceptional in every way — cleanliness, professionalism, and the lovely smiling staff who genuinely seemed happy to help at any moment. The atmosphere was also incredible and made the whole experience even more memorable.
