I would like to give a special appreciation to Basanti, the housekeeper who takes care of my room. She is very kind, polite, and always has a beautiful smile that makes me feel welcomed and comfortable. Her attention to detail and the cleanliness of the room are truly exceptional. She keeps everything perfectly organized and makes the room feel fresh, peaceful, and like a home away from home. The main reason I extended my stay at this hotel is because of the comfort and trust I feel in my room, especially thanks to Basanti’s excellent work. Cleanliness is the most important thing I look for when choosing a hotel, and she has made my stay much more enjoyable. The reception is excellent, the service is exquisitely good, the On-house foods and drinks are amazingly tasty & delicious..a Big thanks to the entire team of Saffron - Thanks Trizah for your service. Lastly but not least, the rooms are extremely clean and tidy -Thanks to Arjun for always taking good care of my room and my belongings. Lastly, the security is top notch. I would like to share my wonderful experience at Pearl Rotana Capital Centre. First of all this hotel has offered very high standards in terms of hospitality. Moreover the hotel staffs are extremely helpful and have given the best services so far. Some staffs have given outstanding hospitality namely ‘Miss Suhani’ from housekeeping and ‘Mr. Abdul Karim’ from laundry department. They have always worked with a smile and given the best services. The hotel has been kept in the neatest condition always and the quality and cleanliness of rooms and facilities are excellent. The dining hall has offered the best breakfast service with all the staffs working exceptionally hard. This has been my one of the best hotel stay experience so far.
