Our two-day stay at the hotel was wonderful. The staff were truly fantastic and made sure we were never bored, while also taking care of all our wishes. Through their experience, they made our stay genuinely enjoyable. The breakfast was delicious; the only thing that could be slightly improved is the cleanliness in the restaurant, but overall it was still good. The room we stayed in was spacious, and during our entire long journey (over 2000 km), we had our best rest right there at your hotel. Many thanks to Pamela and the rest of the team. Waiter (young short man) at the breakfast buffet was like the tray police, super rude with us tourist (Explorica Travel Group) about not having a tray when serving ourselves. At least I know French and could defend myself but not the others. Also it's hard to go up and down the stairs with luggage, they need a better entrance for travelers.

Excellent service by the reception employee samuel John . I was very impressed by his professionalism. He resolved all my issues starting from extra blanket and detailed instructions for all directions and ending but not limited to the cards I need to buy. It is so helpful taken hotel is not in downtown.I will definitely stay in this place again if standard of service is so high. Thank you.
